How we’re responding to COVID-19

Our highest priority is to help ensure the well-being of our employees and customers while meeting our commitments.

Over the past few months, our field personnel have been trained and certified in guidelines that ensure the safe delivery of services.  They are well equipped with appropriate levels of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and related disinfectants, and we are in full compliance with all applicable state and federal guidance. We will maintain appropriate social distancing to the maximum extent practicable in your home or building.

The program sponsors we serve have taken meaningful steps to help their customers cope with the economic impacts that the pandemic has caused.  Enhanced incentives for homeowners, businesses, and multifamily building owners are in place for a limited time to enable you to complete energy efficiency upgrades at little or no cost to you. We also have opportunities for “virtual” assessments to allow you to take advantage of these initiatives without an on-site evaluation at this time.

We are pleased to resume the delivery of services, and we’re eager to work safely with you.  Working together, we can do our part to control the spread of the virus, protect the health of those who whom we work and live, and help create a better environment for living and working.
